Wanted to do a nice malty american brown ale this time around. Tried to keep the BU/GU ratio fairly low to help emphasize the malts a little, and use a nice variety of specialty malts for character. Turned out 6 points high on gravity so this might actually be an imperial brown now. Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.
