It's Saison season again. This time I wanted to improve on the last one, which was fantastic. I ended up changing almost everything and have high hopes for this brew. All pils malt base, with some munich, white wheat, and a pinch of caramunich. Table sugar, Coriander, orange peel, and a fresh active slurry of White Labs 565 yeast from Green Flash brewing company. Changed the hops up to Hallertauer. It'll be more of an export style saison as well, in the range of 6.9% alcohol. Yum.
